    a) Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry points are protected during transmission (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login information entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.
  2. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  3. An essential element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the operator to process personal data, which specifically includes regular updates of software components.

    i) diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services via registration on the site,
    j) information related to handling email sent to and from the operator.

4. Your rights and additional information about the use of data

  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to fulfill the contract with you or to meet the obligations of the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    a) Hosting company on the basis of entrustment.
  2. Your personal data will not be processed by the Administrator longer than necessary to perform the activities related to them, as defined by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

    a) access to your personal data,
    b) correction of your data,
    c) deletion of your data,
    d) limitation of processing,
    e) transfer of your data.

You have the right to object to the processing mentioned in point 3.2, regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the Administrator, including profiling, provided that the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legal grounds for processing that are overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, pursuit, or defense of claims.
  5. You can file a complaint about the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the service’s operation.

  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be used to provide services under the agreement and to conduct direct marketing by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The service may record information about the connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the service may record information that facilitates linking the data in the form to the user’s email address who fills out the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose specified by the specific form, e.g., for processing a service request, commercial contact, service registration, etc. The context and description of the form clearly inform the user about its purpose.

The operator does not transfer personal data to the service provider, only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
